At BCI WA, we ensure every stage of your project is carefully managed. We start with an on-site meeting to assess the required work, followed by a detailed consultancy quote and Scope of Works (SoW). Once approved, your Strata Manager engages trades, and we conduct regular progress inspections and unscheduled visits to ensure quality. We provide progress reports throughout, and at completion, we perform final checks and issue a Practical Completion Report.
